How does the process work?

Simply send us your list via email or phone. We'll confirm the details, perform the shopping with a meticulous eye for quality, and deliver everything directly to your door at your preferred time.

Yes, we are deeply rooted in the Newport News area. We know the local stores best and pride ourselves on being a trusted neighbor for all your concierge shopping needs.

Personal Shopping

Our personal shopping service is designed to take the guesswork out of your errands. We work closely with you to understand your preferences, ensuring every item we pick is exactly what you requested.

How do I communicate with my shopper?

We keep in touch via text or phone call while we shop. If an item is out of stock, we'll send photos of the best alternatives for your approval.

Where do you shop?

We shop at most major retailers and specialty stores in the Hampton Roads area, including grocery stores, home improvement centers, warehouse stores, and boutiques. Examples include Kroger, Lidl, Aldi, Home Depot, Sams Club, Costco, and Walmart. Almost ANY store. 

Can I request specific brands?

Absolutely. Our goal is to shop exactly like you would. Simply provide your shopping list with brand names and specific sizes included.

Can you pick up pre-paid orders?

Yes. We can pick up and deliver online orders you've already paid for, as well as items from Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.

We provide exclusive delivery coverage throughout the Newport News and Hampton Roads peninsula  regions, ensuring local homes receive premium service. Delivery is available for areas off the peninsula for an extra fuel charge.

Pricing & Payments

What are your service fees?

Our service fees are based on the complexity and size of your shopping list. We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing for standard deliveries and concierge rates for specialized requests. Contact us for a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as digital payments via Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle. Payment is processed securely once your shopping is complete and ready for delivery.

How does billing work for the items purchased?

You will receive a copy of the original store receipt for all items purchased. We simple charge the store total plus our agreed-upon service fee with our Square POS at time of delivery or through a text link. No hidden markups, ever.
